Tim Corballis is the author of three novels, as well as essays and short stories. The twin novellas in his most recent book, R.H.I. (VUP, 2015), were inspired, respectively, by the lives of pioneer psychoanalyst Joan Riviere and German architect Herman Henselmann. He was Creative New Zealand Berlin Writer-in-residence from 2005 to 2006 and Randell Cottage Writer-in-Residence in 2003.
‘The Search for the Third Thing’ first appeared in the anthology Myth of the 21st Century (2006).
